DJI’s new Cendence remote controller has reorganized essential controls of the Inspire 2 and made them easier to use than ever.

Designed with five analog control channels and over ten customizable buttons for total control of a drone, Cendence is an efficient, easy way to get the most of your filming experience.

The controller comes equipped with multiple controls for flight control and camera settings.

Two knobs control the gimbal’s pitch and yaw, and Cendence has separate levers and focus adjustment tools for pulling focus and setting aperture.

Cendence has customizable buttons that allow users to quickly enable or disable frequently used functions. The buttons are able to control focus peaking, obstacle avoidance, home point resetting, close warnings and tips, and more, all without using an app.

Additionally, the controller’s dials and levers are able to be toggled while holding buttons to control gimbal roll, shutter speed, aperture, or ISO.

Cendence has many built-in ports to ensure users are easily able to transmit and broadcast high quality video efficiently and connect with other mobile devices. SDI and HDMI ports support broadcasting at both 1080i50 and 720p60. When used with the Inspire 2 and Tracktenna, the device is able to transmit data at a speed of 10 Mbps over an area of 2km.

DJI’s CrystalSky monitor can mount to the remote controller via a mounting bracket.

The mounting bracket is detachable, as is the battery, PCB, mounting bracket, and antennas, making Cendence’s hardware easily upgradable.

The battery is able to be operated for up to four hours and can be swapped via the controller power port. Additionally, several accessories can be added to increase functionality.

Currently, the Cendence remote controller is compatible with the DJI Inspire 2 and Matrice 200 Series drones. DJI has also created the controller to be compatible with future aircraft.

For filmmakers who want total drone control and maximum efficiency when shooting, Cendence is the way to go. Check it out at the DJI website to see why it’s a perfect fit for you.
