DJI was really excited to be at IFA again this year! We were in Berlin from August 31st until September 5th.
This year over 1,800 exhibitors were present at IFA. IFA 2018 did not only host more innovation and product launches than any previous event, it also presented more digital lifestyle products in one place than any other show worldwide.
IFA offers a comprehensive overview of the international market and attracts the attention of international trade visitors from more than 100 countries each year, explaining why DJI decided to join in again this year. It is the occasion for DJI to meet with the press and business partners but also, more importantly, with end users to present and explain how the products work and gather direct feedback from users and technology enthusiasts.
DJI’s main booth was located at Hall 3.2 #105.
Visitors could come see us at our booth and enjoy a few activities we were having.
The booth was showcasing all DJI’s consumer, prosumer and professional products. From the Ronin-S, the Inspire 2, and the Phantom 4 Pro V2 to the Spark and our new drones the Mavic 2 Pro and Mavic 2 Zoom.
Fair visitors could also discover the Mavic 2 photo gallery, where they could take a look at photographs shot with the Mavic 2 Pro and Mavic 2 Zoom, demonstrating the capabilities of the newest DJI drone.
The flight cage was also one of the main attractions at the booth, where everyone was invited to see our drones in action and try flying one.
Then, for people who wanted to start slowly and first fly a drone digitally, we installed a flight simulator at the booth for the ability to fly all our drones in a simulated environment.
Mavic Air Prize Draw
DJI was organising a Mavic Air prize draw for the occasion. Visitors just needed to sign in via one of the indoor booth iPads. The winner is to be chosen via a lucky draw and will be contacted through the email address provided.
Some activities were taking place at our outdoor booth, located in the Summergarden A15, such as the Osmo Mobile 2 rental. Visitors could come by and borrow an Osmo Mobile 2 for the day and use it to record smooth footage from the fair.
DJI is thanking you all for coming see us and for all your useful comments. We’re already looking forward to next year’s IFA and hope to meet even more end users as this year.
