Get ready to change the way you fly with DJI – the new DJI Goggles have arrived in the DJI Store. Compatible with DJI Phantom, Inspire, and Mavic series, users can get a first person view of the world from the sky.Just plug in and go; DJI Goggles control your favorite drone’s camera with the turn of your head.
Designed in a way that fits comfortably on your head, DJI Goggles stream high definition, real-time video to ultra-high quality screens. Up to four people can be connected simultaneously to experience either 720p/60fps or 1080p/30fps viewing with very low latency. With multiple connections, the connected drone’s camera can be controlled via one master device or the Mavic Pro controller.
DJI Goggles use polarization and a beam splitter to display an image in front of each eye to prevent image overlap. The two 1920×1080 screens provide more than twice the number of pixels of a typical 2K single screen. This full resolution picture in each eye, plus an 85 degree field of view per eye gives you maximum immersion in flight.
DJI Goggles have been specially designed for extended use, because we know that once you start flying, you won’t want to stop. The battery on the goggles is able to support up to six hours of streaming and the supporting headband minimizes pressure on your face for comfort.
Additionally, if you were glasses, no problem – we have created these with you in mind; no need for additional parts, as the goggles are designed to fit you comfortably. Also, the facial cushion is interchangeable with another cushion designed for warmer environments.
If you enjoy flying your drone with many customizable flight modes, the DJI Goggles can be set to match your preferred flying style. Able to complement many of DJI drones’ intelligent Flight Modes, you can always find the perfect setting for every flight. The goggles can be set to control both aircraft and camera movement, depending how you want to fly.
The DJI Goggles allow you to play your favorite games.
A range of built-in interfaces allows DJI Goggles to work with many other devices. Equipped with Micro USB and HDMI inputs, Phantom 4 and Inspire series drones can be connected for tracking functions and camera feeds.
A Micro SD Card port lets you download files from the aircraft to the goggle’s onboard SD card for a backup, or to view captured video files.
An audio port lets users plug in headphones or speakers into the goggles to listen to their favorite videos, while playing them through the HDMI cable.
